흔이 일어나는 일은 아니나 Injection이 이루어질 때 Pipette에 의해 Nuclear가 손상될 수 있는 가는성은 꾸준히 제기되어 왔습니다. Nuclear를 눈으로 확인 할 수 있다면 이로 인한 기형아 예방에 큰 도움이 될 수 있습니다.

 Oocyte의 이미지 촬영과 데이터 분석

흔히 Oocyte의 이미지를 얻기 위해 여러 Oocyte 중 sampling된 난자를 염색하여 Oocyte의 이미지를 촬영하는 방식을 사용해왔으나 이런 방법은 sampling된 난자를 사용할 수 없으며 sampling 된 난자로 나머지 전체를 예측할 수밖에 없었습니다.  하지만, 염색을 하지 않고도 Oocyte의 이미지를 촬영할 수 있어 촬영된 Oocyte를 그대로 다시 실험에 이용할 수 있게 되었으며, 또한 촬영된 이미지로 Oocyte의 상태를 데이터로 분석 할 수 있게 되었습니다.
